We lived in this place 6 years (2000-2006) and thought it would be great, especially when the rent remained the same the 2. year. After that it has been a nightmare: rent went up every year, once even before the lease was over! Nice families moved out and it started to look like college campus. Young kids moved in, 3-4 in the same apartment. They are rude, noisy, alcohol and drug problems. Jacuzzies and pool area are free for parties. Naked, drunk kids in pool, some have sex there or in sauna. Everybody can enter the gate, office staff has no control about keys for gates. Some Sundays the whole neighborhood is in the pool. This year the elevators started to stink: the dogs and people urinate there. Noise is unbearable late nights. Burbank Police called in many times, but they say it's up to the management to set and follow up the rules. If you want a quality place for your money, DO NOT EVEN THINK TO MOVE IN. EX-Renter
