Despite what managers or others might say, this is in no way just one of those "angry tenant reviews." This is an honest relaying of information based on experience that one should give to a future or existing apartment hunter. I lived here for 1 year, which would have been much shorter if it were possible to break a lease. I can't list all the problems the apartment itself had the day I moved in or I'd be here all day. Lets just state the worst: mold in the bathroom that doesn't come off, hard water, leaking roofs and bathroom ceilings, broken appliances, poor hardware (i.e. cabinet handles, bathroom fixtures, closets that you have to pull to budge) dirty walls with ugly tan paint painted over (and yes you can still see the dirt and stains everywhere), VERY thin walls (you can hear your neighbor cough, no joke), poor linoleum, and VERY VERY little room for your things. Your leasing agent will try to sell you on a "one bedroom" that is seriously a STUDIO. I think worse than the apartment, if you can believe it, is the management. Some of the maintenence men are very nice (SOME). But Kristy the manager (i guess) is an absolute classless, disrespectful, immature, and uneducated woman that has NO CLUE how to treat her tenants. I really truly warn people about this place. They are so desperate for tenants now they will drag you in any way they can. If you decide to find out the hard way don't say you weren't warned, and don't get an apartment by the pool area or you will NEVER sleep!!!
