For the price, tenants expect a safe comfortable place to call home. This couldn't be further from the truth. Stay away from this complex or you too will be dealing with: 1. Difficult management 2. A roof that leaks during every rain storm- despite the roof being re-done last year. 3. The murder of a resident 4. The arrest of the maintenance man for alleged burglary of apartments and sexual assault of a resident. 5. The police stopping by to question you regarding the murder of your neighbor 6. Knowledge that the maintenance man is a person of interest in the murder case.
