I have both liked and disliked my stay at Scott Villa. Unlike other folks, I have liked the management staff. I find them friendly and responsive.
I don't like the plumbing. Even after repeated plumbing fixes I still get scaled in my shower a couple times a week.
I don't like people in and out of my apartment so often. The sprinklers need checking or the AC, or etc etc etc. I'd prefer it done all at once or only a couple of times a year rather than the 6-8 times a year.
I don't like the pretend security, and, I really didn't like the lack of thourough background checking on the previously mentioned maintenance man.
