PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR LIFE! Before we 1st moved in we put a deposit down, the doors were kept unlocked for anyone to come in and nothing was fixed as we were told it would be. That should've been a RED FLAG.. Once we moved in, we had plumbing problems (we had to pay over $150 for an emergency plumber a few x since they haven't changed pipes since 1950's), ESPESTICE WHICH MADE US SICK, crime, peeling and chippin walls, NO EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE that they say they have (it'll take them days to repair an unworking toilet! Cockroaches and spiders kept coming through our windows. The managers go through your apartment without notice or last minute notice. NO CENTRAL AIR, NO DISHWASHER, constant Gas Leaks from the never changed wall heater! Carpets are disastrous nad interior falling apart. Remember, if you have two cars, there is No parking for your 2nd car! Trash is Never p/u on time and there is no recycling center close by!
