There are many problems at this apartment complex. Don't let the quiet Calabasas environment fool you. Many loud parties, difficulty with parking, disrespectful office staff, and drug problems within a lot of the buildings. The rent is a lot for what you get. They try and tack on fees for washer/dryers, sewerage, water usage, trash pick up and now a parking space. It is insane. Unless you want to be unhappy, don't live here. Especially if you are a family!
