Came to Camarillo Oaks to save a few bucks on rent after living in Westlake Village. HUGE mistake. Rude and LOUD neighbors (they really do must rent to anybody with enough money to cover first months rent), unresponsive management unwilling to take responsibility for the lowsome quality of living (typical response to complaints about neighbors: "call the police"). If you have ANY hope of living in a decent area with peopole who actually like to get 7-8 hours of sleep, stay far far far away from Camarillo Oaks. Will never make this mistake again and am actively alerting others hunting for apartments to look anywhere but here. Three months in and already looking for another apartment.
