I just signed another 1-year lease. There is a new resident manager, who has been very professional and accommodating. Maintenance requests acted upon immediately. Floor plans are moderately spacious. Landscaping is beautiful and well-maintained. Location is convenient to expressways and freeways. They accommodate both dogs AND cats, who all seem to get along. All sizes of non-aggressive breeds are accepted. Neighbors AND their pets seem to be pretty nice. (A couple of minor exceptions, of course, but easily resolved by mutual avoidance. Nothing confrontational).
When I first moved in last year, the old resident manager seemed not to understand her role, being non-responsive to maintenance requests, and totally indiscriminate in accepting new tenants. The new manager and her staff have turned things around beautifully.
