the only problem i had was with the deposit refund. they have to return whatever deposit you are owed WITHIN 21 days of your last day of occupancy. it took over a month. they also weren't aware of the law, which worries me. shouldn't they know what they are required, BY LAW, to do with your money?
make sure you discuss this with them AND KNOW YOUR RIGHTS before moving in.
