I have finally decided to move out of The Commons due to the significant increase in rent and utilities. My rent was increased by $100 in Jan. 06 and then again by another $100 in July 06.
Landsapers start making loud noises at 8am sometimes even at 7am. Water is constantly being shut off!
Beware of Lyon Mgmt. They are trying to position The Commons Apartments, but they are not. Too expensive for the quality of living.
