There are many good things to say about the complex, like great location to freeway, beach, excellent schools. However, the office staff ruined my experience by being so confrontational. I don't know many people in the area, but I personally know at least six people who have had similar experiences with this staff. They feel like they can do and say anything and get away with it. When I let the property manager know, he could have cared less. There's a definite attitude that they are doing you a favor to rent to you. If you mention any concern at all, they peg you as a problem resident. In my case they put me on a month to month lease without having to tell me why. I've been a model tenant and was concerned that I did something wrong. I have since decided that I don't need this negativity in my life and am just going to rent elsewhere when my lease runs out.
