Yes, i rented this apartment because it looked new and close to the ocean. But I made a big mistake. This apartment was a nightmare. I was so concerned with my kid in this apartment, that I would not recommend anyone with kids to come to this apartment. Here, you will find fast cars racing inside the complex a high speed due to the negligence of the apartment management not to put any street sign on the property. You will find no bumps, no Yield sign, or Stop sign, no speed limit, nothing. There are no "No Parking" sign, not sign stating that your car will be towed if parked there. The complex management will tow your vehicle it they wish, which you will think that you have parked in a right place as you find not parking violation sign there. Bugs are another major problem here. If you leave the patio door open frequently, bugs enter your house and get into your kitchen, food, bed, carpet. The management do not control the insects by spraying pestisides.
In other apartments, I have paid much lower utility bills than this apartment. You see strange charges in your utility bills, which you have no reason to pay. The staff are horrible to deal with if you complain against them. They are too arrogant.
I do not recommend this apartment to a family with kids. You do not find any place where you kid can play. The street is too unsafe as cars move very fast.
