After moving in a lower unit July 2002, I was not informed there had been severe water damage in the unit directly above us - I found out from the neighbors. In addition, when I complained about the damp carpet & smelly hallway I wasn't informed there was a leap in the water heater. As a result of the leaks and previous water damager - there is now mold in 351 #B. Also, they suppossedly tented the property for termites but I also discovered new evidence of wall damage. Mid-October 2003 the property was sold to new owners and the new manager is nowhere to be found. Her two numbers are invalid and she hasn't moved into the manager unit yet.
Otherwise the location is great for surfers who don't mind the train tracks.
