I have lived here for several months and have had no problems. The management has always been very professional and freindly. The interior of the units are up-graded and are very contempory. My workorders are always done with in 24 to 48 hours. If you compare the rents of other apartments in the area, these rents are cheaper even if you are paying for extra parking. I would totally reccomend these apartments. The location is wonderful! You are close to everything you could ever need-the beaches, the mall, grocery stores, cleaners, doctors, schools, freeways and etc, you get the idea.
