The outside LOOKS nice, sure. It is the devils den under that military surplus paint job though, let me tell you! There is a SEVERE mold problem within most of the units, your trash is inspected by the owners on a regular basis and they feel quite entitled to snoop through your home at their fancy whensoever they desire! Several tenants have noticed recently the owner's obsessive need to violate our privacy and sense of personal safety. They demand you let them into your home and use profanity when they do not get their way. We have been told that "they have all of our ssn# and personal information if anyone makes life difficult for them." In short, the owning family is a classic example of what in breeding does... sad. The good news is you are reading this and are being saved from having to put up with these pustules of malignant ooze!!! And they are raising 70% of the units rent $100.00 without Any significant improvements to the property. Have kids? Forget it. Its not worth exposing them to the psychopath that manages the place for his senile mommy. You practically need a court injunction to get ANYTHING fixed, and if you do, guaranteed it WILL BE YOUR FAULT! Tenants have begged for a gate because of cars being stolen and the horrible problem with transients. Most places that charge that much have one. The response to that request was "That's what insurance is for, hey its not my problem. That's life." Oh, and ladies, if masochists are your thing you'll love it here! You won't even have to leave your front door! Its a all inclusive nightmare that can be yours for as little as $995 per month! Stay away folks, seriously. One third of the tenants are leaving because of these issues.These people are victimizing tenants and are being investigated by Fair Housing. Its not just one tenant, several of us collaborated on this review. Don't let it happen to you, its just not worth it.
