I've lived here for over a year and I am pretty happy. The office manager Michelle is very friendly. She is always polite and responsive to complaints or concerns. If you have a maintenance issue they fix it quickly, as in the same week you mention it to management, and the maintenance guy is really nice. Occasionally I have problems with loud neighbors, but there's a security company that will come out and tell them to quiet down if you call, and you can always contact Michelle about it during the week when the office is open. For the most part the place is quiet. The complex is small, well maintained, and seems pretty safe. There's a pretty creek that runs through part of it, too. The only downside to the apartment complex is that there are no washer/dryers in the units. If I just had a washing machine, I wouldn't even think about moving. I would recommend this complex to friends looking to move in to the area.
