Avoid renting here if at all possible. The noise is defeaning. There is trash piled up to your waist at all four dumpsters. Six mailboxes have had the metal lock broken off of them. The laundry facilities are filthy and the dryers do not work. The dryers are very deliberately turned down so as to collect more money from the tenants to pay for the owners newly owned refurbished dryers. You need $4 to dry a load through (4) complete cycles, and even then, your clothing is still damp. Clothing is frequently stolen by other tenants. Of 50 units there have been mass move outs due to uncontrolled noise and druggies living in this building. Crack abuse and noise goes on all through the night. Many of the units have the screens torn off and heavy dark blankets hanging in the windows. There are whole living room sets perched on the porches and breezeways. Trash and empty syringes are strewn all over. There have been over 20 flat tires caused by broken glass and nails thrown all over the driveway.
