Lived here for 21/2 years. This place was put on the Sacselfhelp.com website. This place has had 4 resident managers since I was there. If you have no other choice and no one will except you due to evictions, bad credit, etc. They will let you rent but, only after charging you more than twice the rent for security deposit. Mr. John Evilsizor is said to be the property manager and his Lawyer is named Keri Evilsizor. The property needs to be updated. The security is a joke. As long as they generate money, that is all they care about. It could be a nice place to live if the owners would put attention into the place and honest work. Stop hiring resident managers that come cheap. You need to spend money to make money. I was extremely happy and saved my sanity by moving. People were raped, cars were set on fire, drugs are continually on the move, violence, shootings. Some good people live there because they have no other place that will except them. It is sad to see the children out at all hours of the night with no place to go because the families are getting high or not there. Even physical abuse of children, women and men. There is no community effort and the owners, lawyers should be ashamed of them selves for taking advantage of people who are trying to make it. They even chained the gate closed and changed the password (code) so people were not only locked out but locked in as well.
