i have lived here for a year and a half. and during that year we have went through like about 10 different managers. The maintnance people dont respond at all. i had my phone jack in the kitchen hanging out of the walls by the wires for a year and i put in 5 work orders for it to be fixed and they never came and fixed it. then i had my mother in law call and the manager said whats wrong withthe jack in the bedroom?? Well it shouldnt matter they should come fix it. My bathroom fan was broken for a year caused black mold in my bathroom. they are crappy apartments they dont look as nice as the model ones. and i move out in two weeks and they are charging me $225 to move out because i didnt sign my 30 day notice on time which they didnt tell me i had to sign one they jus said call in and tell us and i called them 3 times to tell them. Stay far away from these apartments.
