Review for Walnut Crest Apartments

The overall size of the apts. is what drew me in. There very spacious (1000 sq.ft) The neighborhood surrounding the complex is very nice and quiet.

The only bad thing about this complex is the management.They take forever to complete any and all repairs. They dont seem like they care about there tenants at all. Problems btwn tenants go unresolved. Maintenance requests dont get put in nor do they get taken care of in a timely manner.It takes at least 3 months before any maintenance requests get put in to the property mangment Co.and after it does, it takes another 2 mos. before it gets fixed. I would not recommend anyone to move into this complex.!!!
