Apartment Review for Anita Arms Apartments

It's not really that bad of a deal I guess. You get a big apartment with a yard in a good location for a dirt cheap price. You get what you pay for though, right? So something's got to give. well, maybe a few things...

The building is poorly maintained inside and out, and it's really REALLY dirty.

The other reviewer was right. The owner will try anything to keep your deposit no matter what you do right and no matter what he does wrong.

If you know you're right and yet you still have to be vocal and fight for your deposit back DO IT. it's just illegally pocketing your money so don't let him get away with it.
