Apartment Reviews for Cedars Apartments - Castro Valley

Don't rent here... it is so ghetto and so is the apartment manager... nobody follows the rules! especially parking rules people park wherever they want to park! it's so rude and lots of weird and mean people around. My husband almost got beat up once when he went outside at night to help my sister get inside. Also someone got killed at a liqour store near by and finally we are so ready to move!
