I currently live in the complex. When I first moved in, the complex was nice, clean and quiet. Since, new management the place has went down and the rent has went up! The neighbors are loud and rude. The laundry room is more like a laundromat. The HUGH dogs people have, when the initial ad says Cats only. It is becoming a dump, with high rent and little attention. I am looking to move in to a cheaper, quietier, cleaner apartment, but at current rent prices you don't always get what you pay for.
