I've been living here for a few years now. The neighbors around me don't give a rats ass how much noise they make. Seems no one has any consideration for people anymore. That means music, walking the floors at all times in the night, fat boyfriends visiting and opening and closing of the sliding glass door which sounds like a freight train coming through or thunder. Not sure why management for Waterstone hasn't sent someone to do a bug inspection yet, I'm still waiting. What they need to do is spray this entire building (3) and get the roach problem taken care of. It's disgusting living with bugs. Do they actually think most people enjoy living with bugs?? It boggles my mind. And lastly, every few months I get a paper from the lease office asking for more money for something. I was told that when the new management company took over (Legacy) they didn't have the files of all the tenants because the old management took them all, so the new mgmt. company had to start fresh. So that left them having to figure out who paid what (L.A. Housing yearly Code fee, rent increase) or any other thing that they charge every year. Seems this new management company doesn't have their sh*t together so they just send some poor shmuck to tape letters on peoples doors asking for more money, which in turn makes us the tenants angry and we have to go fight for a clean file in the office. Not sure about the people who say they moved in and have had a great time living here, but those people just have to wait and see what their up against. They need to stop and talk to tenants who have been living here a while and know what goes on here day after day night after night.
