Although it doesnt look too spectacular from the street, this small complex is filled with a warm sense of community.
The manager goes out of her way to add little touches like planters full of colorful flowers along the main walk way. Gated underground parking (including two spots for each apartment and additional guest parking) and a call gate adds a reassuring sense of security.
The laundry room is almost never full, and if it is the residents are courteous and move quickly.
The community areas include a heated pool and bar-b-que.
Apartments are generously sized for the price, although the management company will almost certainly raise the rent by at least $30 at the end of your mandatory minimum nine month lease.
On the rare occasion that I've had a problem with something in my apartment it was fixed quickly.
The on-site manager of this complex is outstanding!!!!!
