This place has alot of needed repairs. Not including the fact of paying for each needed even if it isn't ur fault. Though these apartments have a "park like setting" they're old and the reality company is cheap on the repairs. They paint over their problems. Some apartments have old air conditionairs from the 50's or possibly older then that and barely work. The maintance isn't that great and I caught them chatting to each other unprofessionally about weekend plans, even charged us for a hour of work which only took 1 minute to tell us where a button was located. They are slow and rude, and dont care about you. Just making money by charging you for everything. Most people dont last any more then a couple monthes. Just cause a place looks nice from the outside or at first, it might not be as great as it appeares. Also homeless people live under the bridge. The back of the apartments are bushy and have had many close incounters with mini fires. NOT GOOD!
