Review for Sterling Oaks Apartments

I have lived here at sterling oaks for the last 4 years. I have seen lots of people come and go. The management staff is of the highest caliber. I found that they are always willing to help. The staff keep up with keeping other residents in line so that it a nice place for all of us. The managers have party's to help the residents get to know each other. Hignell is a great management company in chico. I have lived at 2 of their complex's both were great but sterling Oaks is by far the best complex in chico . There is a Pool, Spa, washers and dryers high ceilings and lots of windows. if you don't live here your missing out.
