Apartment Reviews for Missions At Chino Hills
What a dissapointment

We moved here because it is convenient for our jobs and we heard that Chino Hills is a nice place to live. We are very disappointed in the apartment complex that we chose. It is the most expensive rent (even more than Irvine) no gated entry, very noisy at night with parties constantly going on and the police are called on a regular basis for problems. We had so many things wrong when we first moved in, we still havent had everything fixed.
We paid for parking but we have to constantly chase people away from our spot because the front office never intervenes to take care of the problem. There is absoleutely NO storage in the apartment itself, no front closet or anyplace to put a vacuum. There is literally no storage at all. I believe they do this purposely so you pay the extra $125.00 a month for a one car garage.
I wanted to move the first month we came here because of all the problems we were having, but they told me that it would cost 2 months lease payments to break the lease. That's 5000.00. I have never heard of anything so ridiculous.
This was our 2nd choice actually. We tried to get into The Heights in Chino Hills, but they were full and have a waiting list. When we came here, they had plenty of space available, now I know why.
