You are promised 2 cars per residence, but nobody listens and brings their guests. The staff does not help with this at all. The maintenance guy is really good at what he does and is always helpful. I have never seen security, junk cars will take open spaces without parking tags(not allowed). Neighboors are always really cool and friendly. A lot of the tenents ive talked to have problems here.
If you cannot find an open space(you get one open and one numbered space per residence) then you are stuck parking outside with a probability of a break in. If your car is broken into, the apartments will not pay for damages or anything.
There are stray cats everywhere that go to the bathroom on my patio and stairs and on my vehicle.
The place is turning into a condo, so that means we are kicked out or have to buy a condo for 300k or something.
