The carpet is too old and needs replacement. They need to expand their parking. They give you two parking permits but if you want to have a carport you have to pay extra $25 per month, and for a garage you pay $100 per month . The microwave needs a new one, the washer and dryer inside the apartment are old but working and in good condition .
HOWEVER, the Manager and her Assistant are very nice and approachable, if you have complaints they solve the problem ASAP. The maintainance guy, his name is Alvaro,very helpful, approachable and fix all your complaints the same day, he works very hard. The Security is excellent. The apartment inside is okey, no ants, no rats, no insects, no bugs, very clean and quiet neighborhood, except the people downstairs, they have loud music at 2 am, but the Assistant Manager took care of that, she is awesome. There is also an alarm inside the apartment and gated security plus security that monitors around.
This apartment is just walking distance from the grocery and coffee store, restaurants, banks, gas station, AAA, Cox, pharmacy and hospital.
Very good, I think I will just vacuum my carpet and buy me a small microwave.
This is the best apartments I have been and seen so far.
