Review for Alexan Sevilla Apartments

Well I tell you what, Sevilla Apartments in Chula Vista has 1 Manager and 1 Assistant Manager, 1 Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Technician and a Courtesy Patrol that are in sync together on how to screw you and your hard earned money. Here's what I mean. park without your tags, and park your car with red tag outside your assigned carport, your car get towed by Western Towing, which charged $230 per day, and you have to pick it up by 4:45 pm and there’s only one person working. Last night, February 8, 2008, I was up till 2:30 am and I’ve seen 20 cars being towed by Western Towing, including mine. The love of money. Can you say Western Towing works on commission or someone else at Sevilla Apartments gets a commission.?The parking is very limited. Sevilla Apartments offers a carport for extra $25 per month and $100 a month, and if you don’t have red tags and blue tags that their Courtesy Patrol can see, you’re out of lack. We saw a lot of people claiming their cars at Western Towing today and boy they were all confused why all these cars were towed. And without warning, Western Towing came and towed 20 cars last night. I hope this unfair practice will stopped or Sevilla Apartments and Western Towing will be in every news one day, or they will be talking with Mr. Turko on Channel 9, and maybe Judge Judy. Anyway, if you move in here after reading this you have got problems. I do not know of cops coming in here at accept 1 time in 4 months but then again I am gone all the time. I think the people that are here now will move as soon as there renewel comes up. Good luck to all of us who got screwed I guess none of us saw it coming.
