Review Title:   If It Is As Bad As You Say...

Leave your name... anonymous... how credible are you when you don't even have the balls to put your name in or speak/write proper English?

I can't even understand your story fully and I am trying. Are you just pulling things out of the air?

You don't get evicted unless you are VERY delinquent in rent or in breach of the leasing contract.

You should really read your contract that you signed before you moved in. You could save yourself from ignorance and stop claiming to be a victim.

Maybe you have told them that you will be out by a certain date and have not done so.

As far as rent, if you don's pay by the 5th, you get a written (by law it must be written - verbal is nothing in the eyes of the law) reminder to pay. You know the due date. Pay it wherever you are. You can pay online.

For military, there is the clause that allows you to leave without penalty. There is nothing on the contract that says you can occupy the place, even if only for 1 night like you claim and leave without paying.

Also, once a notice to vacate is given - that means vacate all, not leaving your clothes and belongings. Apartments are not storage facilities.

They do give several chances, as in notices and as in several weeks to do this, especially when they know money is tight they will work with you. But when you ignore things and when there is no response from you, then the sheriff or what will go in there and serve an eviction.

If you weren't there and your belongings are, they are held in storage for by law "a reasonable amount of time" approximately 30 days. If you do not show face or cannot come up with the money for your stuff, it will be auctioned of as an attempt to recover if anything and cover part of your delinquency.

Also, was your partner on the lease, maybe that's why she couldn't do any of the talking while you were gone or give her access to the apartment?

Do feel free to call Turko files as I can assure you that what you claimed happened did not occur unless you have done something to extremely breach the contract.

I have actually lived here for over a year and there has been nothing of your sort happeneing to me. I ave been in property management myself and have also transfered here from a diferent location. Things do get tied up in the office and things may get done slower but they get done. Don't blame, you should have just done what you signed to do. What rental business lets their people get away with not paying and abiding by the rules?
