I lived in this apartment complex for a year. The pool is almost never used by anybody, people are afraid to use it (closed during winter and visitors are not allowed). Apparently the manager Delia doesnt like people using the swimming pool too much (if at all). Parking is awful, it requires a sticker and visitors park across the street. Towing trucks are driving around all day just in case someone "forgets" this rule. Sometimes people park using 2 parking spots: manager does nothing about this.
If you try to work on your car forget it...Even if you only want to clean your car's interior, check your oil level or something like this, you will have Delia coming to you to complain.
Among all, I would say the management is the worst thing. Delia is really rude, if you ever have a problem you better solve it by yourself. She is not going to help at all, and if you complain about something she could even tell you that you are doing something illegal. They are not pet friendly, but they are also not baby friendly, kids friendly, and visitors friendly.
I suggest looking for another place to live.
