The Management is unprofessional, specifically Delia. I have been here for almost a year and it is the worst decision I have made in selecting a place to rent. I have had issues with mold and pest control and when brought up with Delia she told me that's my problem. It is obvious that the ownership and the managment don't care about the apartment complex, no ongoing maintenence plan.
Parking is a joke, it is obvious Delia is getting a kick back from the towing company because she literally sits and watches every car in and out and immediately calls the towing company. One tenant was assisting their mother to the apartment with groceries and Delia immediately called the towing company to tow their car, she is very rude, a tyrant and very inconsiderate.
On the weekends when you want to enjoy the pool, she comes out screaming "be quiet". No one uses the pool because of her.
The ownership needs to know about her, if anyone has information on who the owner is , can you please share so we can all band together and get a new property manager!!!!!
