Sadly, I called the Alliance Investment Corp before I posted the address and their phone number, I talked to Jamie and then Tina, specifically Jamie, she is defending Delia, she even mentioned the 20 years that Delia has been managing Sunset Villa and, according to her, she collects the rent money on time. We need more than here. Minutes after I posted the address, which I told her I would while we were on the phone, somebody in her office went online wrote something good about Delia, and it's exactly what Jamie told me on the phone in her own word: " Delia is running a tight ship". I called them back to tell them at least they could of tried to find out what's going between the tenants and Delia, she told me to move out if I am unhappy. I asked her how many tenants are you going to ask to leave without solving the issue, how could you justify what you said on the Apt. review when you don't live at Sunset Villa, unfortunately she doesn't have the answer. She even added in the review that: "she likes it here, it's a great place" just like if she lives at Sunset Villa and include a LARGE RATING greater than the people who are really paying rent who have been trying to solve the issue with Delia since 2005 based on the Apt. report; that's scamming people.
Jamie, all I am asking you is to understand that there is a problem at Sunset Villa, and the only way to find out if I am lying is to use some good management strategies. I am sorry I couldn't give my unit number, you gave me absolutely no valid signs that I would remain confidential and I know Delia, I don't want to be harrassed. You need to stop viewing the place as a tight ship, Delia makes it that way. it's like a prison. pool is empty, the rental office is abandonned because of her, the tenants avoid any contact with her.
As you can see on the Apt. review all the tenants since 2005 prefer to remain anonymous, there is a reason for that. Hopefully you can find it out
No wonder why Delia is Delia.
