Contrary to what another review said, the leasing office staff does not have to have a reason to dislike you in order to be rude. On one occasion I went in to request that a car that was broken down in front of my building be towed and I was told that I could call myself. I don't think that any apartment staff should ever tell tenants to get cars towed, because it will lead to mayhem.
The leasing staff does not follow through on anything. We requested a garage when we moved in since they were on special for $25 a month. Three months later we checked back and was told that there may be one available but they had to double check to see. Another week passed and I went back to the office to check again. Indeed there was one available but instead of paying the "special" price we were going to have to pay $100 per month for it. Great follow-up.
The maintenance staff takes forever to fix anything. We had a bvroken garbage disposal for over two weeks when we moved in. We also received an eviction notice because, even though our apartment number was clearly indicated on our check, our rent was credited to another apartment.
Don't move here. It is a nightmare!
