....but could be worse. I have been here a while. I wanted to wait before I posted a review. If I had done one at move in, it would have been better. After papers are signed.......look out. Not that bad, but the office staff could be more helpful. I think almost all of them, except Mark, is new and I don't care much for them. One calls me "honey" and "sweetie",when I see her, like the other person said. The 2 kids leasing are as inexperienced as you can imagine. I prefer to not go into details about the constant ball dropping on their end.The manager is next to impossible to get in touch with. I go to the office regularly and have seen here maybe 2 or 3 times, but she is to busy talking on her cell phone to pay me any mind. If I request her, i am told that "she is at corporate" or"in a meeting" or "busy". Mark has been great. I think he is the onyy one still here after the management change. All the others are gone. mainteneance has bees suprisingly good considering the small size of the staff. They respond quicker to a leak than a loose toilet seat, but I never wait more than 48 hours. A leak is handled within an hour and the on call pager has worked for me when I had a key break on me and I couldn't get in. The supervisor was at my place in 10 minutes, checked my ID and let me in and made a new key. The leak under the sink was repaired in about an hour during the day. With summer, the kids are loud, but that is apartment living. Parking just sucks. No other way to put it. If you get home after 8 in the night, you are screwed. One of the weight rooms has not been opened since I got here. Constant excuses. Lighting is good. I recommend the place.
