The apartment complex has had numerous owners. They will spruce up the outside and certain apartments so it looks good. The maintenence employees are hard working and look over worked. You rarely see them smiling. They have to work with the budget and rob appliances from other units to replace to others. When you try to get ahold of the office staff they will ALWAYS give you a EXCUSE. iF YOU give them information on things that are not permitted they now tell you to use the " courtesy patrol". Where is their responsibility! They pass the buck and only care about their BONUS. People do what they want and the poor maintenece crew have to face the tenants. It is now possibly going to be through another company and we the tenants have to deal with it! I would not recommend this place. It is unsupervised and kids are coming from the schools during the day along with the new restaurant. Leasing person used to be cheerful and now he little comments. Its sad! hen we initally moved in it had not been painted or ready and to this day it still hasn't. Also there is a over abundance of ants that come into the units through the kitchen, pantry, bath tub fixtures and medicine cabinets, a exterminator will be provided but they return until the weather gets cold......
