It is a nice place where you can feel safe in your own home. They have a security service and I must say I've never seen thm roving but I never heard of an incident since they were hired. We have a few parks close by, tennis court and pools. Very child friendly. Maintence people are always around cleaning and gardening. They paint and put in new carpet everytime a resident moves. I mean what else can you want. It's a pretty price area and I think Teresina is the least expensive btu it keeps up with the other complexes in looks and quality.
