The apt is spacious and the rental is reasonable. The management and maintenance staff are responsive and polite. For parking, it is assigned but only 2BR/3BR apt are alloted covered parking, 1BR apt are assigned unsheltered parking. There is no visitor parking space and each apt are alloted only 1 parking space. The estate is generally well maintained but at corners and places less frequented by visitors, there is lack of maintenance e.g. long grasses, dried plant, barren ground, cracked drains/road, dusty laundry rooms. On the whole, this is still a good place to call home.
