Rented: From 2006 To 2006

This is the worst and if there is a worst word for worst I will use that word. Rugs too old, microwave has mold on it and they don't replace it. You ask the manager to fix something, she said yes but won't do it. There is not enough parking space, if you have more than 2 cars, your car get towed and you pay $300 every time your car gets towed. It depends on the mood of the Manager, if she wants to tow your car 3 nights in a week, you're out of lack. You ask the manager if she can give you another permit or sell you another permit, she sells you a carport which is $25 a month or a garage which is $100 a month, but takes back the other permit and won't give you another permit for the 3rd car. You complain about a noise and she won't do anything about it. You go to the gymn to exercise, the machine is not working. I am stuck for another 9 months. Don't be deceived of coming here, run as fast as you could.

The other 2 reviews is incorrect, this place is not okey, this place is not quiet neighborhood, I lose sleep because of the loud music of neighbors in other building, downstais and upstairs. The night we moved I killed insects, and the trash smells bad when you pass by. It's a BAD MANAGEMENT.

You sound like you wrote this only because you were angry. Maybe it is good you moved, because obviously the place wasn't for you. These are the things you, as a prospective tenant, ask about BEFORE you sign a lease. I don't even move until a year from now, but I am looking now so that I find an apartment that suits me and all my wants and needs. If most people did that, some issues such as parking, wouldn't exist because you would know ahead of time what you are getting yourself into.
