Wow is right! We have lived in Teresina for almost a year. When we agreed to pay almost 1,600 per month; little did we know that we would be surrounded by Section 8 trash. Neighbors like to have sex in the hot tub while drinking and getting high. Management does nothing. The staff is not friendly and infact, could use a good customer service course.
I would highly recommend that families stay away from the complex as this is clearly a place for those who have no respect for themselves, others or life in general.
