Apartment Review for Teresina At Lomas Verdes

I have lived here about 2 years. That crap about lights being out is BS. I have seen the staff out at night in golf carts changing lights. I did the math, and they have at least 588 lights on just the buildings. That does not countwalkways , carports,etc. I see the supervisor out almost weekly changing lights. So the claim on lights is bull. The pool guy is here 3 days a week and vacuums it every time. I have yet to see it clouded lie in other properties I have lived at. Yes, the office staff does brain **** often. y personal experience is that they have changed companies a few times and the staff is playing catch up. Parking does suck. If you get here after 5:30 PM, you are screwed. On that, everyone agrees. A new restaraunt just opened up across the street and it is nice, but pricey. It has a bar and good food. Nice place to meet and make friends. The unit was near perfect at move in.Just some dust in a corner, and a scratch or 2 on the counter top. Otherwise, very clean and nice. They now have upgraded units with new carpet and paint that is really sweet. Ask about it. I guess some people hate kids. OK. but, no person may be deniedif they qualify. That is the law. It is perfect where I live, but I admit there may be places on the community that have more kids and other residents may be loud. I guess others expect the office and maintenance staff to patrol at night after working all day. Well, they do and they bust people when they see a problem.I have seen this. The "courtesy patro" does suck though. I have only seen them drive through the place and not stop for anything or get out and check the pool. I would and have recommended this place. A bit better andnot worsethan the average apartment community. <P>
