Review for Teresina At Lomas Verdes Apartments

While most of the office staff sucks, I have had good experiences on the place and with the maint. staff. My apartment was in excellent condition at move in. new carpet, upgraded paint, etc. I was pleasantly surprised consider what I read and compared to previous places I have lived. The girl that first showed me the model was apparently not the sharpest tool in the shed. She had to keep asking other people which direction the units I wanted faced. You have to face a certain direction here for sattelite TV. They don't even have COX cable. Fortunately, mark told me that and not the dimwit showing me the unit. i came back later and Mark was more helpful and knowledgable. After I moved in, i had an issue with a neighbor(noise), so i went to talk with the manager. ike pulling teeth to get an appointment with that bitch! After several messages went unreturned, I went to the office. the bitch hides in her office or takes off. But, you can regularly find her outside yapping on her cell phone and smoking cigs when you drive by. i saw her once and parked as fast as i could to go see her. She was already back in the office and "busy in a meeting" when i got there. I had to go and speak with the neighbor myself and they were great and very understanding. Long story short. with the exception of mark, the office staff sucks. That have a new girls that I can't comment on because I have yet to talk with her. Maint has been awesome. All of the lights work outside my place and I have had 2 service requests that were done the same day. 1 was done in less than an hour. Oh. The parking??? Fucking sucks again. Sucked when I got here, got a little better when they enforced the parking stickers, but it is down hill again because the so called courtesy patrol is NOT doing his job. I have not even seen the lazy bum in months. At least the old security company was seen almost nightly driving through the place. Rumor has it that they are selling the place and I hope that they get a new management company and new people in the office. at least most of them. As long as the manager is replaced, I will be happy. I have never had such a bad experience with a manager in my life. And I am almost 40!!!!
