Rented: From 2003 To 2008

I have lived here for over 4 years and this place has steadily gone down. A pipe broke in our building and we had NO WATER for five days. The management is just flat out poor. They wanted my family to take a shower in an empty apartment. They offered no discount on our rent for not having water for a week and no apology. This place is just flat out terrible. They just assigned parking with only one designated space (most people have two vehicles) and 10 guest parking spaces for over 70 units. We have to park our other vehicle outside the complex. I wouldn't move here no matter what. I'm leaving when my lease is up. Once again the MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE.
