it's okay. the place itself is nice, pretty clean, i have an ocean view. with the assigned parking, they really picked spots at random, and the ghetto people always park wherever they want. I think it's more who your neighbors are, most of my neighbors are ok, some are loud and ghetto. management is not that good and it's pretty pricey for normal people when the ghetto section 8 live here too. i've lived here over a year and am moving when my lease is up. i like my place itself, but over all its not worth the money.
