I have lived here for 6 months now and we just signed a one year lease it a very nice complex very well kept it has its flause like the manager is never in her office & shes new so i don't really know her, there isn't enough closet space the bedrooms are a little small but he living room and kitchen are a decent size and there's an ugly Greek bitch living here who thinks she owns the place just cuz shes been here for 20 years and there's not allot of parking u get one assigned space and another permit parking spot otherwise Ur parking in the street . its a small complex but everyone is pretty much kept to themselves its gated so its a really safe environment. the maintenance man is very nice he always dose his job. it has a nice courtyard with a BBQ pit too bad no pool. its in a great spot its just a minute away from the main street and from the highway.
