I've live here for three months so far. The apartments are kept up pretty well, and the maintenance responds and gets things done pretty quickly. Although it is kind of frustrarting that we've had to fix so many things in 3 months... dryer (twice), oven, thermostat, tub clogged up, garbage disposal stopped working...
Also, it seems to be very humid inside the house. Kitchen products always seem damp (such as sugar, chocolate, bread) even when sealed quite tighlty. I've read some other reviews citing mold, and I'm wondering if the dampness is the beginning of a future (or painted over) mold problem. I sure hope not. Also, there is a pipe outside the front door that drips water whenever we turn on the AC, even for a short time, so that when walking up to/or out the door, you get yucky water dripped on you. So our doormat is also all wet and yucky.
The noise level seems alright, except for one night when some neighbors had a huge fight, and you could hear them screaming and yelling and breaking things.
I've heard worse from friends in other apartments, and the rent is pretty low here, so we'll see what we'll do when our lease is up.
