When you add a place with amenities that do not work, are unsafe, kept up poorly, and staff that is either extremely untimely or not available, unless they want to get more money out of you for ANY reason, you've found your home.
Crime is high, with break-ins at least twice a month, almost at management's approval since they do nothing about this. Kids are unsafe outside in that other tenant's kids will attack your children.
Abusive parents can live here. WE had a mother that regularly would beat and yell at her child of around 6 or 7 because she was depressed. We notified the manager in the office of this, but she said it was not their business to interfere, even if this was disruptive to other paying tenants around her.
And if you plan to move out, do nothing to the place. You will never receive your deposit, even if you clean the place, put new equipment in yourself, and go so far as to clean behind the refrigerator. No matter what you do, they already feel entitled to your money. Ask the redhead, you'll see.
