Apartment Reviews for Edgewater - Citrus Heights

I've been living in these apartments for about a year now and I can honestly say that these are the best apartments I've seen for the price. My rent is $875.00 per month for 956 sq. ft. The apartment layout is PERFECT! The design makes the apartments feel so open and big. My only complaint is the amount of delinquents that "bump" their music and do other loud and obnoxious things from time to time. But you kind of have to expect that living in an apartment. My car got broken into once and my jacket was stolen. I guess my car was the first car to be broken into on my side of the apartment complex. Nothing like that has happend since. There are a lot of patrol cars that drive through at night and make sure everything is safe. I really enjoy living at edgewater.

Hello I just wanted to let everyone know that i have had a great 4 years at Edgewater. The staff is great and maintenance stays on top of things. The rents are reasonably priced. In my opinion it is very peaceful and park like especially with the waterways that run through out the property. If you have a chance and are looking to move you should check out edgewater.
